Dear Visitor,
The National Leadership Institute (NLI) is a non-governmental organization founded in 2001. As a Christian educational center, NLI is dedicated to nurturing the spiritual growth of young people, deepening their knowledge of God, and guiding them toward the Armenian Apostolic Church.
Today, nearly one hundred young people participate in NLI programs. Their spiritual shepherd is Father Petros Senior Priest Malyan, whose inspiring presence and blessing accompany us not only during our regular educational courses, but also throughout our pilgrimages.
The mission of NLI is to develop Christ-like leadership qualities and skills, patriotism, and social responsibility among the youth for the benefit of the Armenian Apostolic Church and the state.
The goals of NLI are:
- present the true Christian faith to the Armenian youth in an accessible way,
- guide him to the church, introducing him to the sacred tradition and ritual of the Armenian Apostolic Church,
- to help him apply biblical principles in his daily life,
- to help him discover and develop his God-given gifts and humbly serve them to the Mother Church.
At the basis of the activity of the NLI is Christlikeness, which is brought to life through the following principles:
- humility and dedication,
- service leadership,
- love and tolerance,
- mutual respect and trust,
- integrity and reporting.
All this is carried out through courses, seminars, discussions, cultural events, and pilgrimages, as well as voluntary work.
